My systems analysis experience is backed by hands-on production support: requirements, SQL, REST APIs, testing and incident investigation. This helps me understand a system both before release and when real users work with it.
My academic background is Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. In practice, I separate observed facts, hypotheses and conclusions so that problems are easier to reproduce, investigate and explain to the team.
I work with PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Microsoft SQL Server and SQLite, REST APIs, Python and diagnostic tooling. I also have experience modelling AS-IS / TO-BE processes, designing data structures and preparing technical documentation.
